When our previous vet was too busy to see our cat that was having problems, he recommended Dr. Nick to us and I would recommend him to anyone now TOO... Professional, very caring & thorough - he took time to explain details and procedures, options & reality in the most compassionate way. It was like talking to a good friend. There wasn't a moment when I felt that this was "about the money"... matter of fact; even their range of supplements & specialty pet foods were reasonably priced. We are trying hard to reduce our carbon foot-print. You may be asked if you want your invoice and vaccine certificates to be emailed instead of printed or receive a recycled plastic bag for your purchases.
In our clinic we encourage recycling and we are using electronic records instead of paper records. |
Cat friendlyOur bright, spacious reception area is kid friendly and we offer separate entrances, waiting areas, exam rooms and kennels in separate rooms for our feline and canine guests. You may notice in that we always keep a Feilway diffuser plugged in our cat exam room to help comfort and reassure the stressed cats. We are now a certified Gold Cat Friendly Practice® .

Fear free culture
You may notice that we often examine pets on the floor since some animals may be stressed on the exam table.
We are gentle in handling dogs and cats and we employ positive reinforcement techniques to reduce your pets stress and anxiety. Do you feel that your pet is more comfortable with you around? We try our best to make the veterinary visit less stressful for everybody so we don't mind if you are comforting you pet while we collect samples, trim the nails or perform other treatments whenever possible. Client portalWe are a technology savy group and we are embracing the rapid changes in this domain rather then fighting them. We have a cloud based practice management software and this will give you access to your pet's medical records, vaccine certificates or requests appointments from the comfort of your home.
