Dr. Rachel Lesniak

Dr. Rachel Lesniak is a 2018 graduate from the University of Melbourne, Australia. Dr. Rachel has a background in emergency medicine but now enjoys the continuity of care as a general practitioner. She has a variety of interests including soft tissue surgery, dental surgery, and preventative health care. She provides a gentle approach to patient examination and is recognized as a Fear Free Certified Professional.

Dr. Rachel shares her home with her husband (a fellow Veterinarian), their two sons, a miniature Australian Shepherd called Harry, a Boxer X called Iris and a black American Shorthair called Bagheera. 

In her free time she plays netball, in 2023 she represented team Alberta in the provincial championships. She also loves to spend time with family, take the dogs for long walks and find good food spots around Edmonton.
